Kfc - Campbell River

I couldn't get through on the phone, so I had to drive there. They gave me the wrong sauce and now they’ve started using a terrible seasoning on their fries, which made them inedible for my family. When I brought this up, they wouldn’t offer me a replacement sandwich for the inconvenience. Also, I discovered that they only have BBQ sauce now.

The restaurant was somewhat unclean, but the service was excellent, and the food was outstanding.

The chicken was okay and the fries too but the table and the seats as well as the floor were dirty and it smelled weird..

I was disappointed when I went to try my used to be old faithful big crunch combo and learned its half the size now and more expensive. Lee's is #1 now!

They fry PLANT BASED SANDWICH in same oil they fry chicken. NO VEGAN OR VEGETARIAN PERSON CAN EAT THERE AND TRUST THEM. The front staff told me because I am Sikh and do not eat non vegetarian diet that yes they fry them together, thank you for his honesty and respect towards me but its not appropriate to lie to your customers. In eyes of KFC they use different oil for chicken and plant based but in reality they cook them together and if anyone is religious or have medical issues with NON- VEGETARIAN please be away from this chain.
