Donaldo's Cafe/ - Carters Beach

As an Australian this place has simply taken my breath away. In my entire life I have never found an atmosphere as unique as this. A great mix of locals and tourists enjoying their meals and having a good time. The staff are very friendly and they go above and beyond, we were asked how everything is going twice when it was flat out, just awesome. The food was out of this world! That beef burger will go down in history as one of the greatest of all time. Facilities were clean, prices were very reasonable, service was fast even when it was busy. I can see why this place has such a good reputation. If you are a local or a tourist, put this place on your map, you won’t regret it.

We stopped here for dinner while staying down the road at the Holiday Park and couldn't be more impressed by quality of the food and the service. The meals were of a decent size and so tasty. A lovely, welcoming team really made our dinner very enjoyable. Would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Have had two dinners here over the past week, each was excellent steak meal (tender and perfectly cooked) and the roast of the day (lamb). Beautifully plated, decent sized portions, and most importantly absolutely delicious. The service is excellent, caring but not intrusive. On the second visit we had the baileys cheesecake highly recommend. Wish I was a local so that this could become my local. Definitely worth a visit.

We had the most amazing time for my husband's 80th birthday. Barb, Thomas and their team did an amazing job of the food, venue and atmosphere. Could not fault in any way. Nothing was a problem and all our family had the best time ever The location is superb and we Highly recommend

Absolutely blew my mind. Like always. Great prices and omg the only place ild go for takeaways. Or dine in. Highly recommend this place. Beautiful views playground cross the road, nice seating outside great staff
