Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónWe have repeatedly tried our business here, but it’s never without incident. Not even the most simple order can be made correctly. After a trip last week, half of our order being incorrect or missing entirely-I was told my name and number would be taken for that meal to be corrected at a later date. I walked in, asked for the manager and was greeted by a gentleman with a bad attitude and very few teeth that “couldn’t help me”. Not a care in the world for their business our the families they feed. From one business operator to another, this is shameful-repeatedly!
Other than waiting eating was delicious. avoid the lunch break at all costs.
We have tried to use our camp sunshine keychain for our free little frosty. they said we had to make a purchase. admitted, that is true, but our wendys gives a free frosty with the day not asked. so they get zero s in my book.
For someone who has fought with essential symptoms, I am so disappointed by the staff here. I came through to get me and mean man something to eat, it wasn't a huge order just 5 jr bacon cheeseburger and two drinks, for which manager first ask me if I eat it all from myself with a disgusting look at his face. I said no and he said, okay, we're waiting for all their food. when he gave it to me, he said, "I'm having fun taking off." that broke me and I can't eat right now. better.
This place is terrible! service, eat, all around 19 o'clock on a Friday night they could not fulfill our 3 sandwich order because the grill cook no longer wanted to make chicken sandwiches so close to the closing number one. for two, the manager apparently likes to take his time into the rest three, it took 4 people to get our order out. four, even after 15 minutes in the Drive-Thru window, the manager has never been out of the toilet room to start the job. five, the flesh was not properly cooked, and the pommes were cold.
