Pj's Pizza - Castle Rock

Wow! Went on July 3rd, early evening. They were busy, so it took a while, but I was sooooo impressed with the quality (particularly of the crispy crust) of the pizza we got in this small town. My expectations weren't high (it is a tiny town with like, 2 pizza joints) as I've had plenty of mediocre and disappointing pizza but this far surpassed expectations. No indoor seating, a few picnic tables outside but this is a takeout place. Little pricey but well worth it! I'd give this place a chance, its 2020 and they seem to have a good product, so I'd give it a shot if I lived in or was visiting Castle Rock. A lot of the weaker reviews are from years ago.

So-so pizza, nothing special. Not my first choice, but I may go back and give it another chance.

Wasn't sure what to expect with the mixed reviews about this place, but dang that was some good pizza. Plenty of toppings, good sauce/cheese ratio and a nice crust! Will for sure come back! It does take a bit of time, but I thought it was worth the wait

This is our favorite pizza place in town, it is far better than the other options we have here (we go at least once a month). The staff is always super friendly and then pizzas are always done to perfection. They have some pretty unique toppings too, our personal favorite is the delicious taco pizza. We will definitely keep this as our go to pizza place! I recommend it to everyone I know that lives in town.

Fantastic in every way! we got the large sampler and it made everyone in my family happy! More than enough parking, easy to find, they're ready to make your pizza fresh for you. This isn't some huge operation where they have cold pizzas in the back that they warm up for you, everything is made fresh to go. It might take a minute longer but it's all definitely worth the wait! They have over 50 different kinds of pizza. 50! who has over 50 different kinds of pizza? It would take a lifetime to try them all. They also serve sandwiches and other entrees, garlic knots and cinnamon knots on the side. It's deceptively small but it's definitely worthy of 5 stars!
