The family and I get Tata's Burritos every Saturday after swim lessons. Bacon, sausage, chorizo breakfast burritos. They aren't spicy, but they include red and green sauce to add, to taste. Overall, a good place with good food.
5 years ago, I gave this hidden gem a 5-star review. I've witnessed it get progressively worse over the last year and a half to the point that this is my last time visiting here. The quality of the food has diminished in on par with their abysmal lobby in that time. In fact, the only thing worse has been the service. My father loved this place when he visited from out of town, as it reminded him of his 30+ years living in Cali. On his last visit, he acknowledged just how terrible it has gotten. A real shame. RIP Tatas..
If I could give ZERO stars it would be to Alejandro in the drive thru (if that is his real name). He was so rude and disrespectful over a small question about a side of salsa. By the end of our conversation he shut the drive thru window in my face, among other childish behavior. I went there twice a week and will never return. I let him know I was a regular and loved their food and was very sad at his rudeness and he was losing a customer for life. He did not care, only further showing how much he doesn't respect anyone or the restaurant. Will not be surprised when this place closes. The food was hit or miss but I like it most of the time, but not anymore. Sad and this gentleman should really adjust his attitude towards his customers.
The breakfast burritos are amazing. however, they never ever ever give you extra sauce even if you ask. as soon as you ask they cut you off and continue speaking. Start charging people for extra sauce instead of being stingy with it. The cups of green sauce are extremely tiny and are good enough for about 2 bites. do better.Food: 4/5
