Unfortunately out of all the Jersey Mike's I've been to, this may have been the worse. Food was just ok, however there was more veggies than meat and the bread wasn't all that which is disappointing since I was looking very forward to having some Jersey Mike's after quite some time...
I usually don?t take the time for this stuff. I love jersey mikes. Today?s experience is the exception. The place was filthy. No hand sanitizer. Treated rudely when asked if some was available after touching the filthy door with hand prints all over it. The floor looked like it was going on day two of filth. One of the employees walked right In my personal space. Extremely rude. So disappointed in the lack of respect for our current environment we are all navigating. I hope this reaches compassionate ears.
Usually nervous to eat out during this pandemic, but this South Riding location changed my mind. Very clean as you walk in, every employee wearing face covering and floor markers to help remind customers to keep 6ft apart. Staff was friendly and efficient. I was in and out so quickly and the food as always was great! Thanks for making eating out during this crazy time a lot easier!
Franchise owner take note...you need a reset. This is the third time in a row where the bread was stale and the meat portioning was small. Please take steps to adequately represent the Jersey Mike?s brand.
