The bar staff are fun, friendly and cheerful. We were here on a Tuesday evening until 2:00, only a group of colleagues, they put what music we wanted when nobody else was there. We've been pretty funny, danced a lot and had an amazing time. Great to know that there is a gay/welcome bar in Charleston. We'll be back when we get back to South Carolina. I recommend visiting here.
That's a great little place in Charleston. One of the only gay spots in Charleston. The staff is so friendly and welcoming, from the city gays. We met the owner John last night and he's such a great person. Make sure you take a drink. Happy Hour is from 4-7. The bartender Ben is great! In any case, we will come back here when we visit again!
Welcome to Dudley's y'all. Small but charming. Friendly bar staff. A gender-neutral bathIn a Thursday night. 3 different but very unique drag performances. If you want to smoke, make it outside where it is allowed. There's nothing special here. Just a fabulous dive. Parking is best in the visitor center garage as Dudley's is, but a hop jump and a sashay away!
Too packed, no where to sit, too loud. No food and people weren't that friendly. We went for a bachelorette trip and one of the drags was super rude to my friend who was getting married. Won't go back
Great to see a friendly space for LGBT folks in such a conservative area. Bartenders and door people were very kind, drinks were reasonably priced and the cover was fair.
