This has happened on the last two visits... What is the issue? Can the chef not read the waiters writing? Do they not know the difference between the two meats?.... Very disappointed as I was sat with no food while rest of party was eating.... Staff parading while eating, can't wait to clear your table. Very uncomfortable
Rogan Josh just a plain paste no body or taste to the curry, tikka masala no flavour very watery , chicken nice and tender rice good,naan bread small no garlic , over all not good , still looking for a good Indian in chesterfield
We were late to our table... Which was OK as they were busy... A group of ladies waited an hour and a half for their table. Ordered a lamb and a chicken dish for our mains... Both came out with lamb.... Questioned this and they said that is what we ordered.... My husband doesn't eat lamb... So why would he order it... They changed it... But the lamb dish was so salty and fatty.... We brought some home and again they gave us both the lamb dishes.... The mushroom rice had a couple of mushrooms on it... That's all. The waiters need a personality transplant....no interaction at all..... But I will praise one of them who took some money off our bill for the misunderstanding.... Won't be returning any time soon though
After recommendations from friends, I ordered from this restaurant for the first time and paid for a takeaway at 17:45, I was advised it would arrive in a maximum of 1 hour and 15 minutes. 2 hours elapsed and it still hadn’t arrived. I constantly tried to ring them and could not get through, when I eventually get through and speak to a member of staff they just gave excuses that they were busy. I was put onto the manager and was told that the driver was on his way and would be here in 5 mins but he could not say when the order left the restaurant, I was on the phone another 5 mins with the manager and the driver still didn’t arrive in this time. I requested a refund and the manager said he would refund my order I will await to receive this refund and if it is not received I will look to take further action.
Hi we visited your establishment last night and I'm sorry to say it wasn't a enjoyable time, my daughter found a hair in her meal ,not once but twice, we asked to speak to the manager but we never got the chance, as soon as we finished our meal we got brought the bill,my daughter wasn't charged for her main meal but we never got a apology from anyone, needless to say we will not be frequenting your restaurant anytime soon ,this is from some one who came regularly a apology would have sufficed ,one dissatisfied customer.
