Kaiser Tiger - Chicago

From the perspective of someone who has been in the service industry: Server was terrible, inattentive, and fired one of our orders first before the rest (by accident I assume) but one person had their food 5-10 minutes ahead of the rest of the table. Didn't ask how the food was or check in, we had to go up to the bar to get napkins and silverware because the server was nowhere to be found. I would have understood if our server was hustling around because it was busy but anytime I saw them it was just them running glassware between the kitchen and bar. This was my only bad experience I've had here. Usually it's great.

Amazing spot. Great food, beer selection and service. The shuttle to the Hawks game is fantastic.

Food came out quick and hot. Fries were barely seasoned, beer cheese lacked favor, pesto chicken sandwich was really good. Pricing does not reflect quality. Service was great and quick even when it was getting busy before the Blackhawks game. It was ok but not sure if I'll be running back

I love Kaiser Tiger! It's a great neighborhood spot with great food and service. Everyone is very accommodating and it has a great vibe. Love the outdoor beer garden.
