Buffalo Wild Wings - Chico

This restaurant had absolutely terrible service, and the manager showed no concern at all.

The service at this restaurant was awful. It took 25 minutes for us to get a drink after we were seated. Our server never came to check on us, so we had to ask a busser for help. Our food arrived cold and at different times. We felt neglected as we saw our server constantly tending to a table that had been seated after us.

Buffalo Wild Wings is a chain restaurant. My son and his friend really like it, so I end up enjoying it when we go together. I probably wouldn't choose it on my own, as it can be a bit pricey for flavored chicken wings. The sports atmosphere is fantastic though. Overall, I have mixed feelings about it - I both love it and don't love it at the same time.

The restaurant was fine I was unhappy to learn that they don't actually use the open table app even though you have them listed.... so.... that was very confusing once we got there.
