I tried the crab cakes which were good but the two items that were really exquisite were the Irish boxty and the shepherd’s pie. We had the corned beef boxty and it just melted in your mouth. The shepherd’s pie was absolutely delicious with the creamy mashed potatoes piped on top like icing on a cake. Now that’s the kind of dessert that I like eating. Honestly, I’ve eaten at a lot of different Irish restaurants and bars and this was by far the best. They also have some dessert that was featured on the Wall Street Journal, but I didn’t get to that yet. I’m probably going to have to return to try it.
