Papa Johns Pizza - Cobourg

Papa John's pizza is one of best tasting pizzas from a franchise in Cobourg. We won't order from another. The quality of the ingredients is higher than other places. The crust is perfect. The prices are higher on a regular day but order on Wacky Wednesday or check out their deals and it's worth it. Plus the delivery guys are courteous and nice.

We used to really enjoy the pizza here, we used to order at least 2 if not 3 times a month, the staff was always extremely pleasant and the food was good. However the last 3 orders have been a bad joke. We got burnt wings cold pizza and the time before that they forgot to delivered after waiting an hour and half, we called to inquire where our food was only to be told they were sorry they forgot??? Hmm they offered a credit, which of coarse when we called they didn't have any record of in system. Tonight we ordered for the last time, the wings were burnt the pizza cold and when I called and asked to pls speak with the manager, I got a very rude young lady who didn't want to give me her name and was extremely aggressive and argumentative, all I wanted was a refund, no more credits. She spoke over me and then hung up, so I drove down to the store to show them the wings and to see who was so rude to me over the phone. The young woman was shocked I came to the store to intro myself and ask her why she was so rude, she rambled on and I very politely explained why I don't want a credit as this was the LAST time we will order form them. She refused to give me money back and said I either take more wings or too bad she can't help me. This is a manager? her first go to is to be aggressive and rude on the phone and hang up on people??? This kid is not experienced enough to manage herself professionally never mind a store and other employees. The food and service has gone way down and that's enough to make us order elsewhere. Too bad they were good

I don't usually write reviews, but I feel I have to warn future customers. Don't go to this facility. Terrible customer service. No greeting. They seemed upset to have a customer place. You were not helpful with the menu. Spent $60.00. I never go back to this place. Terrible experience.
