Restaurant of quality on all points, the cuisine obviously with a regularly varying menu, the interior or exterior frame without forgetting the ideal service and without drowning fault.

Excellent address in downtown Colmar, not far from parking. Very good value for money and a map of accessible wines. Small care staff in a chic cocooning atmosphere. I recommend

The kitchen lacks refinement compared to the menu price!

Michelin service, but the kitchen is disappointing. Entrance and solid dish, dessert is excellent. I don't know if this place still has a Michelin star. But for me, it's just not here yet.
