Panera Bread - Covington

I was driving home from Virginia and decided to stop off the freeway to grab a bite to eat. I went through the drive-thru at Panera, ready to place my breakfast order, but was informed that breakfast service had ended. When I asked what time they stopped serving breakfast, I was told it was 10:30 AM. I checked my car clock, which read 10:36 AM, and mentioned it to the staff. However, they insisted that breakfast was no longer available. I was quite disappointed, so I ended up not ordering anything and contacted customer service instead.

Savor the healthy food options in a relaxed dining atmosphere at reasonable prices. The bagels are fantastic, and the bakery offerings, including fresh bread and coffee, are top-notch. They also have a diverse range of iced teas. Plus, there's convenient on-site parking available!

I visited for lunch after the Three Rivers Art Festival and found there were numerous options, which was a bit overwhelming. However, Chey was very thoughtful, providing us with menus and cups for drinks while we made our selections. The service was exceptionally friendly! As we were finishing our meal, she surprised us with a delightful dessert pastry, which was outstanding! It's a shame we don't live nearby; we would definitely come here often. The food was excellent as well!

This place is absolutely fantastic! I visited today with my mom, who has a raw tomato allergy. She ordered a sandwich that typically comes with tomato and requested it without, but she said it a bit quietly, so the cashier didn't hear her, and the sandwich arrived with tomato. When my mom brought this to their attention, I was truly impressed by how kind and apologetic they were—totally unnecessary but very sweet of them. As they were preparing a new sandwich, one of the lovely staff members came over to our table and politely explained that the bread they use actually has baked tomato in it. Thankfully, my mom can have cooked tomatoes. She was understanding and accepted the new sandwich, and to our surprise, they brought it right to our table without requiring a new buzzer. We were so pleased! Unlike many other Panera Bread locations we've been to, where they simply try to remove the tomato and give it back to my mom, this team made a completely new sandwich for her. This was definitely the best Panera I’ve ever visited, and we go to a lot! Huge shoutout to the staff—thank you so much! I highly recommend this place, especially the sweet girl who came to our table!

The dining room was spotless. There was a young server who was efficient and knew how to keep things moving.
