My previous star replaced. tonight, because a reviewer has changed something on facepaint. the prices have risen, the 2 pieces meal has been replaced by a 3 or 4 pieces, but the quality has risen exponentially. there is a jealous dame that seems to govern with autority and keeps the commands moving. the best is that the old kfc is back. this is only a preliminary recommendation, but if they like kfc and went elsewhere, they give portadown another. I'm glad. chips are missing in the run-through, huh overboiled and dry, this outlet is damaging the global brand. I know his franchise and they don't buy from kfc, but when the franchisee falls asleep at the wheel, the brand must know. necessary to close
Ordered via app, checked in, saw my order (number) seeing it was being cooked, so I just waited. Turns out that you have to check in at the store (mind you, i checked in at the app to notify them that I am in the store)! I mean, what is the point of ordering online when the service is essentially ordered in the restaurant? Shouldnt there be a poster to notify that those who ordered online ought to check in in the store as well? The manager that time just played it down while I lost some precious time that I will never get back! I saw in the monitor that it was being cooked, so I waited, aparently for nothing! Just pathetic.
The worst kfc point i have evere been. They dont respect inside customers. If you order inside you have to wait for about 1,5 hour and always something is missing in your order !!!!! What a shame !!!! Only delivery customers count for them!!
Pathetic service. Had to wait 1.5h to get my order. Take out delivery guys had food in an instant but we had to wait so long.
