Pizza Hut Cranbourne

In the past I have always felt pizza hut was superior to Domino's in terms of toppings, however, I was wrong. It all comes down to who is operating at the location. Deeply disappointed as our thin crust pizza barely had any cheese, toppings, literally felt as if I was eating plain bread. 2. Choco lava cake, doesn't have any lava at all? What's the point of having a choco lava cake that doesn't have any molten chocolate in between. Probably this store is doing a lot of cost cuttings in terms of quality. Unfortunately, will have to avoid this location going forwards.

Have I hired a Margarita pizza or an ashtray? the pizza was completely burned and looked more like coal than food. I am better to help with this “pizza” to launch a fire for my bbq.

I ordered 2 pizza with 1 side dish and 1 drink but received pizza and drink only . When I called them , answer me back says that the driver take 2 to 3 orders together and he must be miss place . For customer service you should be responsible when one driver taking more than 3 orders. Like packed in one bag or box separately. Recklessly, irresponsible and not professional

I've been ordering since this last post, and I have my pizzas on time, very hot. what I ordered, and the supplier was very nice and friendly and ordered to get them out of the front! I waited over an hour and no pizzas? my son went out and they were on the floor and went cold! I was apparently on the phone that they sent me a sms? I checked her 10 minutes after her departure. they said they knocked on the door. that's a lie! I've got two curtains coming out where someone knows each other. they refused to replace the cold pizzas! they refused to give me a refund! so they are treated after using the same shop for 10 yrs and I could not understand the man very well, except that he did not say any food, no refund! and the pizzas were all burned. and as you can see, I had to heat our pizzas to eat them as they were cold.

Sadly disappointed by the quality of the pizza hat. not sure whether they have changed the teig ingredients, but the taste and the toppongs, are on the hill. I had a much better experience at pizza hut reservoir. I don't think I'm going back.
