Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónWe followed a friend's recommendation and we are so glad we did! Although I don’t eat tuna, my partner ordered the smoked tuna dip, and I tried it—wow, it was absolutely delicious! It tasted so much better than I had anticipated. I opted for the steak and grilled shrimp, while my partner enjoyed a seafood platter that included shrimp, scallops, and more. Everything was incredibly tasty and perfectly seasoned; there wasn’t a single dull bite. We will definitely be returning and would recommend this place to anyone who loves seafood. Oh, and the cheesecake and bread pudding were the perfect way to refresh our palates!
I can't express enough how impressed my wife and I were with both the food and the hospitality at this restaurant. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, providing exceptional service throughout our visit. We highly recommend this place to anyone—you won't be disappointed! If we ever find ourselves back in town, we will definitely return to Imperial Isle Seafood!
The Gouda cheese grits had a rather peculiar taste; I would rate them a 5. On the other hand, my wife ordered the blackened chicken penne, and it was fantastic. The hush puppies, however, were a standout at a perfect 10 out of 10. In summary, this is a really good restaurant. I've had their seafood before, and it was absolutely amazing. Overall, I'd give it an 8.2 out of 10.
The mullet I ordered wasn’t fresh and seemed to be coated in more flour than cornmeal. There’s a seafood market inside this restaurant, which I’ve never quite understood. The food used to be genuinely fresh and well-prepared. What happened? On the bright side, the service was excellent. The waitress was friendly and attentive.
The food was absolutely amazing! However, the dishes are smaller portions, so if you are wanting a portion to eat and possibly take home that won't happen. I ordered the shrimp linguini and the flavor profile was delicious. My dining partner ordered the ambassador (fried platter of different items) both plates were enjoyable and the pricing is fair compared to other restaurants like this one. The negative was the noise level, it's so loud in the small dining area that you can't enjoy conversations due to not being able to hear anyone sitting across from you. The music could be turned down a bit. Overall a decent dining experience.
