We each had a taste for a great steak and we got just that and more. We ordered an appetizer of zucchini and goat cheese standing in a sweet basil tomato base that was amazing! I had the Ribeye special with bacon thyme butter, roasted red potatoes with the usual garden salad_ my husband had the 10 oz. sirloin, steamed broccoli, and the garden salad. Of course we both had the brown loaf of bread that was good, especially dipped in the au jus from the steaks. The server was cordial and straight to the point. My only take-away is that he didn't announce the specials, soups of the day, or try and upsell any of their delicious food or drinks_ I've been in the food industry off and on throughout my life and these things are paramount to a successful restaurant.
