Baker's Bakery Cafe - Custer

No idea why we haven't visited this great spot before now! The atmosphere is charming, prices are good, staff is so friendly and attentive and.. the food was great! I had the 2 pancakes bacon, thinking it would be a small portion but the pancakes were huge! They had great buttermilk flavor and we fluffy/delicious My husband had the Sunrise Biscuit breakfast and said the sausage gravy was excellent, and again a large portion with hash browns and 2 eggs The bakery counter by the front door is full of delectable temptations. We did take home a huge cinnamon roll for later. What a great find. Next time we'll stop by for lunch

Lots of seating. Great baked goods. Great service. Great food at a good price. Get you in and out so you can hit the trail early.

This place was so good I opted to eat here more than once on my vacation to Custer area. I loved tthe small town diner feel yet they had a great selection of both breakfast and lunch on the menu. Wait staff was extremely nice too.

This is a must stop on your trip through Custer. The coffee was nutty and delicious. Dine in or wait on the sidewalk with other patrons for your to-go. The shop itself is cute and busy, especially on a Sunday morning. We tried the apple fritter and it was SO good! Enjoy fresh donuts and a full breakfast menu. Clean bathrooms and kind servers. Thanks for a fun memory.
