A beautiful place, but noisy. I was disappointed in how dry the ribs were smoked; heavy, chewing bark, flesh tasteful, but dry.

That was a beer pair dinner. the food was excellent! the beer was perfectly matched to the meal. highly recommended!

I'm never disappointed with backwoods. it's my always favorite restaurant. very friendly and competent staff. eating is always a pleasure!
