India Palace - Dallas

I feel most of the negative comments towards this place revolve around the service. This is warranted. I don't feel like the wait staff really cared and honestly it was only me in the restaurant, so how did I get bad service. The waitress was polite but very oblivious. Fortunately I don't care about the service as long as I'm getting food. The menu is solid, the prices are a little high but fine and the food tastes really delicious. I think people get stuck on how they thinkthey should be treated while eating out but in reality they don't really deserve anything. This place has good food, if you're wondering.

I am not at all surprised that India Palace was voted top Indian restaurant of Dallas several times. The food was outstanding and the ambiance was pleasant Plus, I had excellent and attentive service!

I really liked this place. The waiter was very nice. I don?t know about anybody else but our service was good. We went on 6/20 around 5:30 with our toddler. It?s pricey but we will be back.

I first visited India Palace back in 1992. It was the first Indian restaurant I had ever visited, so I had little to compare. Fast 25 years ago and it is still an amazing place. My only complaint is that the cozy, typical Indian restaurant decor has been replaced by more elegant and modern designs. Apart from that, food and service are still amazing.
