Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónOnce again, I am disappointed with the Dapto McDonald’s. Despite recent renovations, their soft serve machine continues to disappoint. This morning, I visited the drive-thru only to find that soft serve caramel sundaes and salted caramel frappes were unavailable, just like they have been for the past year. This ongoing issue at the Dapto McDonald’s needs to be addressed by the head office/CEO. It is frustrating and unacceptable. I will not hesitate to publicly criticize Dapto McDonald's and urge the head office to take action. The store in Dapto, NSW seems to be thriving, so I challenge McDonald’s head office to provide an explanation for this ongoing problem.
This is the worst coffee I've ever had. I ordered a caramel latte, but it didn't taste anything like one. They really need to learn how to make coffee properly.
I was missing almost half of my order and when I approached the female manager, she was yelling at her employees in a very unpleasant manner. No one should be treated like that in any workplace. Her name tag read Nicola (possibly a different spelling, not entirely sure), but she rudely grabbed the bag from my hand and displayed absolutely no customer service. Due to this experience, I will not be returning to this restaurant.
