Thunder Road Cafe - Dublin

I got buffalo wings small size and bacon and cheese fries would HIGHLY recommend!!

I haven't been in Thunder Road Cafe in years but was very glad I went back. The food was delicious and we were served very quickly. There was no problem changing our reservation at short notice. In saying that it was a Monday evening so I don't know if that's always the case. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I will definitely be going back. There were 6 clean plates going back to the kitchen. We had 4 different types of burgers, wings and ribs and chicken tenders. All came with chips.

One of the best experiences I've had. Thought nothing of it but when booking we said it was my birthday and they honestly made me feel very special, wishing me happy birthday and then singing happy birthday with some ice cream at the end. The staff were downright delightful, always quick, attentive and polite. The food was phenomenal, though I'd have killed for a few more chips! The live performers were a calibur you'd expect to see at a paid ticketed event and were truly wonderful and talented (if only a bit too loud at times due to the sound system). We had a wonderful evening and will definitely be back. It'd had been 11 years since my last visit I wont be making that mistake again

The experience was nice but it’s not a place that I would return. Even with a reservation, we couldn’t get our table on time and when we were heading to be seated, we were already told to leave in less than 2 hours (which it should be 2 hours according to the reservation). It took time to get our order and basically when our order arrived, a few minutes later we got the bill from the floor staff because we had basically 10min left to go. The moment we were checking the bill, the floor staff was making faces about us. If you offer 2 hours to a guest, you have to wait for these hours and not ask them to leave before that, also, if your floor is not happy, it’s not our fault.

Food was cold and they don't have nice vegetarian food options. Way too expensive for the low quality of food and options. Won't be back.
