Como visitante de la Douglas yo estaba muy decepcionado por la mala calidad de servicio, que normalmente no se asocian con este excelente comer establishmen. Aunque la comida era de primera clase, el servicio dejaba mucho que desear, lento y no particularmente eficiente.
