Apparently we were not the only one who noticed the deterioration of the dining room experience in what one of their best franchises was earlier. I'll never be dining back there. they have also removed the salt, the pepper, the cheese and the paprika from the tables and went into small condiment packages of the soakable. This place is now ****! Go somewhere else.

I come here a few times every month. EVERY SINGLE time I visit, the manger (tall, female, african american) is very, very rude. It makes me not want to visit anymore. Pizza is amazing but they fail to clean and a few members of the crew are just as rude as the manager. She needs to be fired if her attitude remains this horrible. I am very tired of being treated like I am an annoyance rather than a paying customer.
