The location is great, the food was very good, the prices were good as well and the staff was very friendly.

The location and view from the restaurant is really great. Everything else is a disaster; staff is not friendly, food was bland and not really warm and the atmosphere is no good.

This is a family owned restaurant with excellent local specialities according to season, such as asparagus, butcher items, Martin's goose, fresh chanterelles, game dishes. The cuisine is genuine and unpretentious. In summer you can dine outside. It's pretty close to the Swiss border.

I was in Baselblick with my friends for dinner. As other reviewers write, the view from this restaurant is wonderful and they offer very tasty meal with good price. And this restaurant has something more than food and the view. The staff people are so...nice and helpful. One of us had a disability and caused a big trouble. The staffs helped us from the beginning to the end, and never lost their pleasant attitude to us. Baselblick is a really nice restaurant for eyes, the stomach, and the heart.

We spend a very nice evening at this typical Southern Germany Restaurant. It's very nicely located on a hill in a very rural part of the Markgraeflerland. The view is spectacular and the white Asparagus with a filet steak was excellent. This place is certainly...a great place to spend a Nice evening in the country side.
