Today at 5:30pm I visited Taco Bell, and I feel compelled to share my experience, which unfortunately left me extremely dissatisfied. The encounter I had with one of the employees was far from pleasant. From the moment I approached the drive window their attitude was dismissive and rude. They rolled their eyes, sighed audibly, and made me feel like a burden rather than a valued customer. It was disheartening to see such a lack of professionalism and basic courtesy. Furthermore, when I politely pointed out a mistake in my order, the employee's response was shockingly unapologetic. Instead of rectifying the error promptly, they huffed and puffed, displaying a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. I believe that every customer deserves to be treated with respect and courtesy, regardless of the circumstances. My experience at Taco Bell fell far below these expectations, leaving me with a bitter taste in my mouth, both figuratively and literally. I hope this feedback serves as a reminder for Taco Bell to invest in proper training and customer service skills for their employees. It is crucial for the reputation of the establishment and the overall satisfaction of their patrons.

This used to be a great Taco bell but it has gone down the past few years. Their Pepsi is always watered down and orders are often incorrect. Today I paid for double meat on my Mexican pizza and not only did I not get the extra meat, it was also missing the refried beans. To top it off it was obvious that they put jalapenos on it then removed them. Food: 2
