Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónI shouldn't even give you a star. I don't know what happened, but lately it's how it goes, we buy our eating barely any meat, and my friend got and paid for a burrito, but of course not, but for the bowl, tried to complain, but didn't let us. we wasted $40.
I don't write any negative reviews in the rule because I understand how every business is fighting. but this place is quite rough nowadays. the line literally takes about 30 times 45 minutes to go through low staff. So I'd be clear about this place if they're in a hurry. if they order online 30 minutes about their pick-up time, then it will be ready. it always goes after. I really hope they can hire new workers because these poor workers are driving their backs, but there is only so much they can do.
I went yesterday, One poor girl was doing everything while the lady at the end at the cash register was complaining about how slow the line was going. The cashier was super rude and kept rolling her eyes when we hadn’t even ordered yet. To the girl who made our food and every one else’s. You’re amazing and you deserve to be treated better.
Dirty almost food place I've ever seen, muddy, overflowing, dirty runs everywhere, line workers wear airpods, and not even acknowledge, moose that enter, crazy, who runs this place? so sad
We order catering orders here at the hospital for the doctors all the time. Each time we spend over $300. This location is absolutely terrible! Everytime we order something its wrong and the service is very very slow. One time steak was missing then another time the rice was missing then another time the guacamole was brown when we got it. One time we ordered it and they didn’t even have the order!! Today all the salsa was missing and the chicken and grilled veggies were burned(see pics). We ordered it for 11:30 and it was ready 11:50 so we sat for 20 minutes watching everyone’s unhappy face in line and waiting for to go orders because there is no sense of urgency very very slow. Then when you complain they don’t care one bit. After working with Chipotle for a few years I realized they don’t care about their customers. I’m assuming because they get so much business who cares if they loose some big customers.
