Great night had by all Food was beautiful and cooked to perfection ,portion size well above average . The staff were attentive and friendly throughout our evening . Beautiful restaurant ideal for birthday celebrations etc , Spacious round tables here which are always a winner when dining with family We will return soon Well done Kams team

This is a place is to stay away from. Use to be really good but not now. The food was terrible and very expensive. The staff were appalling and extremely rude. We had a really long wait and this started from taking our order for drinks. The service charge was ridiculous and the whole experience was horrible. Choose somewhere else!!

Very expensive. Bang ordinary food and not good value. Service slow. High service charge. Would not visit again as there are much better options locally.

We went to this restaurant to celebrate a family birthday. Unfortunately, the service was very bad and the staff were not very friendly. The food was forgettable and way too expensive for what we got in terms of amount and quality. As we left the restaurant, we all felt like we had been overcharged, especially with the £22 service charge. There are plenty of other restaurants and pubs in the area that offer good food at fair prices with welcoming staff, but unfortunately Kams Palace is not one of them.

I have never encountered a more rude manager in my life. The staff seemed ashamed and one even had his head in his hands because of the way he spoke to me. This man was truly appalling.
