Burger King - Fernley

If you are craving a burger at any time of day, this is not the place to go. The grill always seems to be getting cleaned, making it impossible to get a burger early in the morning. This is the worst fast food restaurant in Fernley, NV. The person who left a 5 star review was likely the owner or a friend.

I have never received a hot burger from the Burger King in Fernley. Burger King is my favorite fast food restaurant, but the one in Fernley serves cold and unappetizing food. One evening, the restaurant was empty and we were the only car in the drive-thru line. Despite there being 3 or 4 workers inside, our food was still served ice cold. I give this location two thumbs down.

Very good breakfast and actually was not expensive. the customer service was top notch. only what I could see to work better would be communication. it was clean and would recommend eating here. everything was fresh and well lubricated

After hours traveling through fernley, we needed a quick bite to eat, and because we are vegetarian, our options were limited. burger king from penny away was the best choice for our travel restrictions, but I was nervous to eat here after I had read bad reviews. we took the chance because we were hungry and limited, and we are grateful that we, because we had a wonderful warm meal that was very fresh! because we had a 40-foot trailer, we obviously did not fit through Drive-Thru, so our 7-year-old went up and I went up to the door that was locked. when she danced around to use the bathroom, the manager came to open the door for us. like all the others in this world, they were short, but were still ready to accommodate us because of our 40 foot pendants. the manager was very friendly, and the gentleman who took our order was very helpful to make sure that he had all our needs such as extra soned, potato beans, and she went over and beyond to even really great an impossible burger so that our daughter could have a special kinder meal." I should have asked all three their names so I can give them credit, and I am not regretting it because they were amazing! the dame cooked our meal to a t, the fries were made fresh, and our beaks were definitely satisfied! the cashier and I talked when we waited for our food, and he said that he had been there two weeks without a day! that really says a lot about its character, obviously super tired, but still on a smile and a chipper attitude to help my family. I mentioned the three of them that I was hesitant because the reviews were terrible in some sight, but was sure glad we came in! the manager mentioned that this burger king is under new management, and that is the reason. I just want to say many more thanks to the three of you, because friendly these days goes on long way!

I always seem to encounter issues at this Burger King. Today, the computers were down and they couldn't take any orders. Additionally, their shake machine is always broken whenever I visit. I definitely won't be returning to this Burger King in the future.
