Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónBreak Awayz is one of my favorite restaurants in Flagler Beach. My top pick is the prosciutto rolls, which are absolutely delicious! They also offer a fantastic prosciutto flatbread. The poke bowl is a generous portion and very tasty. Their Sushi Thursdays are a must-try, with amazing sushi dishes. Some other favorites of mine include the stuffed portobello, conch fritters, flagler bites, tuna tataki, and the incredible lobster ravioli. For dessert, the tuxedo bomb is unbeatable! And to top it off, the view is stunning, overlooking the beautiful Atlantic Ocean just across the street.
Upon arrival, we were not greeted and sat for ten minutes without being asked for our drink orders. Two gentlemen who arrived after us were promptly greeted, given menus, and asked for their drink preferences. Frustrated by the unequal service, we chose to leave without dining in.
The restaurant provides a family-friendly atmosphere with an excellent selection of craft beer on tap and in cans. The service was also top-notch. The only downside is that parking can be difficult as it is only available roadside. We enjoyed the kids cheese pizza and the Mahi with broccoli and rice, as well as the Ahi Nacos during happy hour. The Beer Cheese Fries were a good size and the beer cheese was tasty. The Tomato Basil soup was thick and delicious, especially when paired with the cheese pizza. The restaurant is kid-friendly with one low top table inside and mostly high tops.
