It is refined but without chichi, it is greedy and hyper copious ..report quality price, nothing to say. I recommend with pleasure and above all we will go back without worry. Very good local cuisine. I recommend shrimp or cheese croquettes, calves or wind flight. Desserts and wines a little expensive.
Excellent table I recommend. The proposed map is not to extend but all this in an effort to offer quality dishes. In addition you are welcomed and served with a smile.
A first at Fred's table in Flémalle. Croquettes de scampis au curry vert et Mad burger pour mon mari et carpaccio de beoeuf et pavé grilleé pour moi. Creme burnt with bourbon vanilla (desolated no photo but delicious) To advise strongly!!!
Falling on by chance, our discovery was a very nice surprise, both by the frame and in the flavors. Roquefort mussels were a delight, 1kg and a half that I finished until the last. The quantities were perfect, not too much or too little accompaniment. The menu offers seasonal meals and freshness. My little plus, the well-stocked rum and whisky map for the digestive, I love. Without regret, I'd still go back.
