Sushi Time - Foothill Ranch

This is a lovely family-owned restaurant. I found the sushi to be incredibly delicious. The tempura may have a thick batter, but it turned out to be lighter than I expected. Overall, it's a great spot for a quick sushi craving!

Family business Japanese restaurant. Had a Sashimi plate and the Teriyaki salmon, I liked both. You can't beat the price, the quality is better than much more expensive sushi restaurants.

My family and I were looking for a cozy spot to experience authentic Japanese cuisine, and we couldn't have been happier with our choice. While the decor is simple, the food is absolutely delicious and clearly made with care. The owners are incredibly hospitable and truly sweet people. We were pleasantly surprised by the low prices and generous portion sizes. We will definitely be returning!

This charming little spot in Foothill Ranch is a hidden gem. The decor is quite basic, lending itself more to a takeout or phone-order setup. However, I’ve dined here several times, and the food has consistently been excellent. Don’t expect upscale dining with white tablecloths—this place uses disposable plates and plastic utensils, but the quality of the food makes it worth it. While many sushi restaurants today are owned by Koreans or Chinese, this one is authentically Japanese. The owners genuinely care about their customers, and the food is simple, authentic, and reasonably priced. It's perfect for a quick dinner or to phone in an order for pickup on your way home. A suggestion for the owners: having a website for ordering would be very convenient, and using more eco-friendly packaging would be a welcome improvement. Let's support small businesses!

I am a bit torn as to how to rate Sushi Time and simply because it all depends. If you're looking for a 5 Star Sushi Restaurant, this certainly is not the place. However, it is a solid 3. On the other hand, if you're looking for a quick bite of great tasting sushi either before or after your movie, then Sushi Time is an excellent choice. This is why I gave it 5 stars they are precisely what they advertise to be and do it superbly. They offer satisfying flavors, ample portions, great service, and at very reasonable prices. What more could you ask for. Oh, though they can only seat possibly 25 30 diners, there is practically unlimited seating all throughout the food attractive, covered, and comfortable food court. Try it you won't be disappointed.
