"This is nice little cafe on Main Street in my hometown. I wanted something a bit upscale to treat my daughter-in-law. It is nicely decorated. The noise level was high, probably due to metal ceiling and large plate glass windows. The food was excellent. Good presentation, nice without being pretentious. The service, however, left much to be desired. The food was brought to the table, the waitress was gone, not to be seen again until long after we had finished and finally flagged her down. More water would have been very nice and we had wanted dessert. I have little patience for poor service when I can see no reason for it. (Other tables nearby had other servers and excellent service) I may try Cafe Zinc on my upcoming visit because the food was very good and I want to give it another chance.
