Auberge De Freyssenet

A great discovery during our stay in Ardèche. The owners are very welcoming and friendly. The kitchen is simple but delicious, made by the owner with quality, local and seasonal products. The unique menu is more than copyy and the wine, which is rare, is very affordable! The location of the hostel is quiet. Only very personal: I feel ashamed that the terrace is not decorated in a more authentic style and that the tables, the dishes, the decoration do not give a more marked hostel note. that is what we expect to find in such a place;

Discovery of a very beautiful restaurant. pleasant terrace, clear view of the landscapes of the Ardéchois! a warm welcome, in all simplicity, with a smile and a good mood. Everything is fresh, from the entrance to the dessert! It's worth the detour!

Great family atmosphere. A very warm welcome... everything we expect when we go out with our children. We enjoyed it.

An honest and generous table full of local flavours (and elsewhere) that is worth a visit. Don't miss under any pretext. Change of ownership since June 2021. I haven’t tested since.
