Randy's Steakhouse - Frisco

The food is amazing, this is definitely the best steakhouse! The staff is always so friendly.

When we arrived for our reservation, our table was not yet ready. We ended up waiting for about an hour to be seated. Fortunately, there were empty seats at the bar where we could enjoy some drinks while we waited. The food was delicious overall, although one of our steaks was not cooked evenly. Our waiter was incredibly attentive and hardworking, which we really appreciated.

The food was decent, but not outstanding. We ordered the crab cake appetizer, but were disappointed as the two crab cakes were small and expensive. The service was very slow, and it would be beneficial for them to hire more wait staff. Furthermore, the inside of the restaurant was uncomfortably warm. My wife was not pleased with the experience due to the high temperature. We were not the only ones who felt the heat.

Outstanding restaurant from the service to the food and the ambience.

I love this place. Randy always comes by and greets each table. The food is terrific and you can hear your conversations with the people at the table. Last night I think there were some Valentines celebrations and it was more crowded than usual, so the servers were busy and not as attentive as usual, understandable.
