Loved the new Avocado Toast on sourdough bread! Tasty and deceptively filling. Great coffee, as always. All affordable (better than Mickey D's these days. Mickey's prices seem to go up every week lately).
Selling large ice must be a good business. I got a large cold brew today and there was too much ice in it that straw did not move. After i finished my drink 3 qts of the cup was full of ice. I got a large drink for a reason. Imagine buying a small cold drink there, you can taste the drink if you are lucky and use the ice for the rest of the week ?
I’m not sure what folks are expecting — this is a Dunkin Donuts. They are very nice in the store. Sometimes they are out of things in our mobile order and they’ve hooked our kids up with extra donuts.
Today's staff experience was not great. A few of us came to the restaurant after placing an order through the app. We had trouble finding our order number on the app and asked if our order had been made. Instead of helping us, the staff told us to find the order number ourselves. After waiting for a while, we asked again if they had our order. The manager told us to check for the order number, insisting that they didn't have our order. This forced us to leave without our food, essentially losing money without receiving any discount or store credit. This incident happened between 11:20 and 12:00pm.
