Milano - Galway

My daughters and I had a lovely meal here last Saturday evening. We did not have a prior reservation and had to wait a little while but were promptly seated when a table became available. The restaurant had a great atmosphere and despite being very busy service and quality of food we're excellent There was also a vegan menu with many options which suited one of the party. Staff were lovely. A special mention to Katelyn. This young lady who served us was most efficient and polite and her warm personality complemented our positive experience.

I ordered a vegan pizza delivery, and the pizza came with pepperoni on top. Absolutely disgusted. I'm not even sure if the cheese was vegan. Maybe there was a mix up in orders. But won't trust to order from again.

Me and my work colleagues cane for a lovely lunch in milanos. Anderson was very welcoming and the good was amazing. we got the lemon herb wings, salad, pesto doughballs and hallumi bites which all of it tasted amazing. The service was very quick aswell. Would 100% recommend!!

Went here for dinner on a Sunday evening. We had no reservation but were seated straight away. The food and drink was lovely and the service was quite good. Slightly expensive but everything is going up in price in Galway

Great place, but what really made the afternoon for my group (came for my sisters birthday lunch, so there was around 14 of us including kids) was the manager. I didn't catch her name, but she was in a blue shirt and couldn't have done enough for us. My nephew is a ceoliac, another who is allergic to dairy, and she took over looking after our table as soon as she found out. The mothers couldn't have been more grateful since the kids allergies and eating out are often difficult. The food was all delicious, the other staff were great, not a huge wait for the food, but the manager is really what made our lunch great.
