Saturday 7. January I went to Chipotle to eat Burrito. And OMG was a huge mess on the ground and on the side to make food. They missed my order/ rice was hard like rock. And the girls have absolute respect for everyone who orders. Terrible. I wish they could have respect for their customers. I will NIE RECOMMENDS to achieve this.
1. Order Mobile. 2 FOH crew and the 1st could not find my food. He didn't ask for help to find it, so I had to ask a lady who continued to be rude when I asked about my drink.
I saw a female employee, physically pushing, orally abused, and suffered a young male employee. The male employee who took these events was OBVIOUSLY a new employee and training. Then she snuffed an article that he prepared for the next customer and pushed him out of the way again. This is the second time that I was in the fire wheel location and experienced that this young woman from character act with her employees. She is disgusting, she is a bull, and she should be embarrassed that she can treat another person in this way and have no impact. The company should be embarrassed so that such things can occur. It is a bad representation for the company and an even worse representation of a “heher-up”.
Went in-store for lunch forgot to order a bag of chips. Went back through the line and was told there's a min. purchase of $5. I offered to pay cash, but they told me it was still a $5 min to purchase. They said their system would not allow it.
