Comimos el menú del día. Es un menú muy equilibrado, con productos de alta calidad y platos muy sabrosos, llenos de contrastes. El precio es muy adecuado para un restaurante de este nivel. A must visit in the center of Gijón. We had been wanting to go for quite some time now and it certainly exceeded expectations. We reserved in advance the short menu for dinner (Asina Menu). A four-course menu and dessert at the chef's choice. Ricardo, the chef of the restaurant, approached us to ask us if we had any allergies or intolerances, or if there was any food that we did not like. The rest is already an experience that I highly recommend. The magnificent treatment and the food, what can I say, spectacular. Thank you very much to all the staff, rest assured we will be back.
