On 7/24 at 12:30, I ordered a cold brew and waited over 25 minutes. It's possible the shop is understaffed or in need of a process/system overhaul. While I appreciate that businesses can get busy, waiting over 20 minutes for a cold brew seems unreasonable. Despite the wait, the coffee was excellent and the staff remained friendly.
