Kfc - Greenville

I went through the drive-thru, placed my order, and was informed that they were currently out of coleslaw. It was a disappointment for me, as if they had told me they were out of mashed potatoes and gravy! I decided to cancel my order and left the restaurant.

I visited the restaurant early in the evening, around 8:30. I ordered food for myself, my husband, and a friend at the drive-thru. When I got back to the hotel, I realized two chicken tenders were missing from my order. I called the restaurant and was told to return with my food and receipt for a replacement. After waiting for my friend to finish her meal, we returned to the drive-thru. The employee had a rude tone, asking for the missing items and receipt. My friend couldn't return her Mac 'n Cheese bowl as she had already eaten it. Eventually, the manager gave me my missing tenders without offering any compensation for the inconvenience. Having worked at KFC before, I found the service lacking and unprofessional. Unfortunately, there are no other options nearby, so I may have to go back if I want chicken or tacos in the area.

I ordered for my brother and me. They forgot one of the sides. I had to drive all the way back to get it. They did eventually give me my side, but they did not apologize or seem to care about their mistake. By the time I got back home, the rest of my food was cold. I do not recommend this restaurant.

Yep should have listened to the reviews. This is a chicken leg smh. Good luck if you try this place.

Terrible experience. Wrong orders, no cookies with meals and when I questioned staff, was told that Corporate took them away. I told them it wasn?t right to charge for something they were not providing as advertised. She had the nerve to tell me we werenot charged for cookies. Seriously, if it?s listed as part of something I am choosing to buy, I most definitely ?PAID? for it!!!And when we asked for butter or jelly for the biscuits, we were told CORPORATE took them away as well. And I was told they don?thonor the local school fundraiser card for a free small drink with purchase anymore because CORPORATE took away their smallcups. So if you are looking to get ripped off, you will want to stop in here. Also, you will get to hear the staff swearing &arguing and just being ridiculous behind the counter as you are trying to eat your sub par meal in an empty restaurant. I havegiven them a few chances but half filled containers of 5.00 sides and CORPORATE shortcomings and staff blaming and stealing isjust more than I am willing to overlook every time I come here. I am local and will spend my anywhere else but here.
