The room is large enough to spread out two suitcases. The reception staff are really friendly. The parking lot next to the hotel is narrow, but if you tell the reception, you can park in the sports center and use the hotel parking lot (10 euros). There were problems with the doorknob not opening smoothly and the pop-up drain pipe in the sink, but it wasn't too bothersome. The outdoor pool has a great view of the mountains, but it is too narrow to swim. Breakfast doesn't have a lot of variety, but it's delicious. The view of the mountains from the terrace is good. It is a structure where you get off the elevator and use the stairs to go up or down half a floor, but if your luggage is heavy, you may be angry. Receptionists are very kind. The view is incredible. Also you can see the mountain in the pool but it is too small to swim in the pool. After getting off the lift, you need to step up a little bit(4-5steps) to go up or down to get in the room. The room is big enough to open 2 luggages on the floor(it was really satisfying). The room is clean and cozy. The parking space is small but you can park your car near the sports center. Make sure you get a parking ticket from the reception so you can pay 10 Euro per night, just like hotel parking price. The breakfast doesn't have lots of menus but each of them was delicious.

Had a wonderful experience at this hotel spa facilities are excellent (whirlpool, ice showers, 2 sauna rooms, steam room and an infinity pool) hotel service little things go along way like the staff show you to your room, take all your bags to your room directly if you come earlier before check in time. Thought they were very professional they let you use the spa facilities before and after you check in so you can maximize your time relaxing like many hotels in the area they provide you with a free bus ticket so you can travel around the town.

Wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden. Durften sogar 2 Stunden später aus checken. Waren auf dem First. Einfach traumhaft! Sehr empfehlenswert.

Zentral gelegenes Hotel mit Wellnessbereich. Grandiose Aussicht auf die Hochalpen. Wenige, zum Teil steile Parkplätze. Gepflegte und schön gestaltete Zimmer.

Sehr freundliches Personal, tolles Essen in sehr angenehmer, unkomplizierter Atmosphäre, sehr schöne Zimmer mit wunderschöner Aussicht, sehr ruhig, kleiner und feiner Wellnessbereich mit Aussenpool und Ausblick aufs Bergpanorama
