Stone Wall Tavern - Halfway

Waited 15 minutes for a table although restaurant half empty. Several patrons in waiting area left in frustration. Advised by Maitre d' that there was a problem in the kitchen and service would be slow. Decided to chance it big mistake. After a 25 minute wait, soup was cold, wrong salad was served and pasta dish was smaller than a half portion. Women's restroom not usable as no toilet tissue available. Staff were friendly and polite but their efforts could not overcome incompetent management. Just a summary of our experience. Readers can draw their own conclusions.
