Jamba - Hanford

I miss the old cups at this restaurant! The new ones are paper and don't hold a smoothie for as long. Fortunately, I drink them quickly so it's not a big issue. The smoothies have definitely improved, no need to ask for them to be thick anymore. However, I don't recommend getting the new breakfast sandwiches. They are overpriced at $5 and the biscuit was incredibly small. Not worth it at all, avoid buying them.

This restaurant is consistently excellent, though there may be the occasional smoothie that falls short. Overall, the experience is always fantastic, with quick and exceptional service from the staff. I highly recommend it to anyone.

I Jamba Juice...Especially my favorite Mango-a-go-go, and fruit bowls with Greek yogurt

This jamba location has the habit of serving the smoothies a few ounces short, when confronted they get upset and give you a smart answer, today she said “our cups are bigger than 20 ounces, but there’s 20 ounces there [in the cup]”, why the company makes larger cups than the established standard, as the cups are made for all locations. What happened is that I order two mangos go-go both large, she made only one blending for both and came up short. Hope management addresses it with their staff. Come on.

I come to Jamba every other week and lately I’ve been having problems with this carrot karma drink I get, last week I believe I came ordered the drink and my mango pieces weren’t at the bottom of the drink they were blended in so I had called to get a remake and the floor lead/manager the white guy with the broken finger said very rudely he was the one that made the drink and he put it at the bottom, the attitude was unnecessary. Today 3/18/2023 around 530ish I got the same drink carrot karma and had asked for the pieces at the bottom of my drink and got charged for it when I didn’t want extra? I just wanted to make sure they were at the bottom like they were supposed to be and the same rude manager/floor manager made the drink and a quarter of the drink is big pieces of mango??? the management is so poor and employees are so rude.
