Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónI went to the drive-thru and asked cashier EDGARM if we could add an order to an existing one. He informed us that they do not take additional orders at the window. After receiving our three original orders, we had to ask for a receipt as it was not initially provided. It would be helpful if the restaurant made it clear at the window that additional orders cannot be taken to avoid confusion. Additionally, the cheap bag used to hold our orders was so overloaded that it tore when it was handed to us. Overall, KFC fell short this time. It's unfortunate to say, but I had to retract my positive review from a year ago and share this experience.
My friend wanted to go to KFC because he said it was good.
It wasn't the best but for fast food that can feel a little bit more homey it was good ????
I was hungry, tired and it was close by. My first visit in years reminded me why I gave up on KFC 25 years ago. Not a healthy option and whether it's a freshly cooked chicken depends on when you get there. DT service was friendly but damn, I'm 53 yearsold. It matters even more now what I put in my body. KFC is not IT...and there's healthier options. I had fried, crispy, hard,chicken strips. I was hungry, Oh well...live and continue learning.
The chicken was terrible! It was extremely dry and tough. The Manager of this restaurant should be dismissed! I will be reaching out to Jim Beglin to express my dissatisfaction.
