My daughter took me to Chili's in Hickory NC for Mother's day. We had to ask three people to come to our table to greet us. The food was good, but the service was far from good. We asked several times for our wine, napkins, water, snd lemons .

If that's not pink... I'd hate to see pink! He ran away. Bun was also mad and evil.

I'm very disappointed in this restaurant. At first I work in a restaurant, a Hibachi restaurant where the cook cooks before you. Tonight after work decided to eat something before we went home. We'll get there at 10:00 and go in to sit and eat. No hosts it server to sit us. Go to the bar and the bartender, with attitude as if I'm a problem, goes into rude telling me that I can't sit and eat because they close at 1030. She refuses to put an order togo or sit there and eat. Now their website, front door, Google description say they close at 11:00??? Even in my restaurant, where it usually takes at least 30-45 minutes from the beginning to the end, (minimum)... we are still sitting to close people up to 10 minutes!! I?ve even had people on foot in 5 minutes and they were sitting???????? And even more would we still care what at least one order would make!!!?? But this lady refused to serve us, my Nabeby and I, going there or with a meal??? I totally understand how at the end of the night the last thing you want is someone coming last minute and extending you off?!? That's why we left because after their hours they closed everywhere in 1 hour of the time we arrived!! But still denying 30 minutes of your new hours????? Wow! I understand now why they have no business and decide to close themselves early!! No good way to build business!! Looks like they should want and be willing to accept someone who came in, especially if you think about it, it's my money that pays their bills for their work and for their homes and families and cars, etc.? But I guess with all her customers? my money and my business was not necessary!!! Thank you, but no thanks. To the bartender: If you don't like your job in customer service, and don't want to do your job and take care of two other paying customers who also work in food service, you should probably find new jobs because if you don't know that, but it's my money that pays your bills and supports you and your families and keeps you a job!!
