The first time, I arrived at 10 PM, even though they advertised closing at 10:30. When I got there, it was clear they had already closed down for the night. I decided to give them another chance tonight, December 22, 2022, and arrived at 9 PM. I saw a few employees still inside, so I thought I would at least be able to grab a bite. Unfortunately, they ignored me completely.
The drive-through experience was like any other time I've visited an Arby's. They didn’t include napkins in the bag or ask if I needed anything extra. What's happened to their standards of service? Food: 3/5.
I had a really bad experience at this restaurant. The guy at the drive-thru window looked like he was having a terrible day and was visibly annoyed that I was placing an order. When I expressed concern about how he treated me, the manager refunded my money and even had to fire him right there on the spot. Overall, it was an incredibly uncomfortable experience.
Sa in the drive threw 10 minutes no one said something, parked and went in: again not even recognized. it turned around and went out and the crew laughed. great customer service?
Out of medium size meals. Out of lettuce. Out of the strawberry cheesecake pie. But there was plenty of barely warm fries and classic beef sandwiches. And now you are out of this family’s future visit. This was the third time you were out of hot food. Good bye!
