They have never got my order wrong from date, which is very unusual. mistakes happen so I don't really complain, but if they don't try to fix them, how can they grow. so away, wendy’s going to make my life easier.
I saw a worker popping a pimple in either a mirror or reflection of a window here today and then watched him go handle food without washing his hands. I will never return here after this. That has to be the most disgusting thing ever especially in a fast food restaurant.
It's not the staff's fault, but the service was very slow, and the food was terrible.
Literally every item we ordered was incorrect through the drive thru. Drew was the manager on duty at the Independence Ky location on Declaration drive. Employees playing around and goofing off. Everyone on cell phones. Which would explain the lengthy amount of cars in the drive through. Not to mention that I ordered a BACONATOR with NO CHEEESE (I'M Lactose Intolerant)!!! But GOT a DOUBLE CHEESEBURGER and NO BACON how do you get a Bacon attraction with no BACON and double Cheese. All of the food was cold. For spending nearly $50.00. You would have thought they could have gotten something correct. Called store and was told to come in and ask for Drew to correct on our next visit. Would not give Drew's last name, nor would they take our name so they who or what we was even talking about!!! Seriously would not recommend this location, Especially since we love Wendy's fast food!!!!
