Ocean Grille - INDIALANTIC

Absolutely one of the finest restaurants in Vero Beach. It’s a family favorite, and I’ve been dining here since I was a teenager many years ago. The Coquille St. Jacques is always worth the extra wait!

The food here is excellent. It's quite a challenge to maintain a quality buffet without food becoming stale, but they clearly keep a close eye on the condition of each tray. If you're not a fan of Asian cuisine, there are also classic American options available. The decor feels somewhat outdated, but it clearly has its loyal customers, as evidenced by the outdoor waiting benches. We didn't have to wait, but I can imagine that if you come at the wrong time, you might be in for quite a wait. Parking can be a bit tricky, but we were fortunate enough to snag the last available spot.

Thanksgiving should evoke warm memories of beautifully set tables and a delicious turkey dinner, but that was not our experience at Thanksgiving 2023. I've had meals in school cafeterias that would outshine what we were served this year. I'm sorry, Hilton, but I will not return to your Ocean Grille. The meal was overpriced and, frankly, the worst I've ever had. I would have rated it at least one star if there had been the simple touch of a tablecloth to enhance the ambiance. Thank you for making this Thanksgiving memorable, but in the saddest way possible. The one-star rating I posted was required to submit my comment, but it is unearned by the Hilton’s Ocean Grille.

With only 3 of us visiting in Florida, our family went to the Ocean Grill for Thanksgiving. We thought the food was amazing... each dish hit the mark of everything we expect, really! The gratuity/tip is already included in the final bill, which was fine for us. They did a great job getting us seated and getting our food timely!

I ordered room service for breakfast while staying at the Hilton. It was flavorful, and there was plenty of food. I will order room service or dine in again.
